You swim, do you not?
My name is Kidagakash Nedakh. If you have problems pronouncing that, I also go by Kida. Ever since Milo and my people created the link to the surface world, my life has been...hectic. The people of Atlantis have created a new government which allows me to remain on the surface with Milo. Since coming here, I have discovered a new relaxation technique. I believe you call it yoga?

Nothing on this page is mine unless otherwise stated.

“Witch doctor?” Kida raised an eyebrow, a confused look on her face but before she had time to ask further questions, Milo was doubled over the trashcan again. Obviously now was not the time for questions. They needed answers and stat. Kida’s hands her wringing around each other. She felt so useless. She made her way over to the bathroom, kneeling beside him on the floor. “Milo,” She reached out a hand, brushing the hair from his face. He was sweating badly and his skin was still burning hot. “Do you have the doctor’s telephone number?”

He nodded weakly and pulled a small card from his pocket. On it was Faci’s name and number. Shaking he handed it over to his wife before doubling over once more in a coughing fit and covered his mouth. As he looked at his hand he saw blood. Oh no. He… he was coughing up blood. He really was worried now as he finally accepted the gravity of the situation. “K-Kida?” He looked back at her wide-eyed and scared.

Kida nodded, taking the card from her husband’s shaking hands. She bit down on her lip a he started coughing again, her hand instinctively going to his back. As he coughed, she could have sworn she saw a bit of red fly from his mouth and into his hand. ‘Blood?” She couldn’t pinpoint it, but she knew that something was severely wrong here. “I- It’ll be alright, Milo.” She leaned forward, planting a kiss on his forehead before standing. “I’ll be right back. I’m going to give the doctor a call.” She looked him again and gave him a small smile before leaving the room, her hand now going to her mouth as she stared at the business card.

As she reached the phone, she took several deep breaths before dialing the number, and as it began to ring, well she was hardly breathing at all. And then he answered. “Is this Dr. Facillier? I have a question for you.. You gave my husband, Milo Thatch, some form of medication yesterday and he’s having a very severe reaction to it.”
